Davao City Police Office –PRO 11 thru the Police Station 5 of Buhangin and in coordination with the District Advisory Council which composed of the Barangay Captains, Academe & Media and with Adopt a School Program, chosen Upper Sta. Cruz, Barangay Acacia, Buhangin District, Davao City, as the recipient of their community outreach program, conducted a Groundbreaking Ceremony last April 20, 2017, at 3:00 pm. The beneficiaries of this project are the preschoolers from 3-6 years old, and this day care center would be under the supervision of City Social Services and Development Office of Buhangin which lead by the district head, Norman B. Baloro.
