The senior citizen of Buhangin A District, Federation of senior citizens of Davao City, celebrated their 1oth year founding anniversary in Buhangin gym this April 28, 2017, at 8:am-5:00 pm. They celebrated with the theme of ‘Isang Dekadang Pagkakaisa Tungo sa Lipunang Pagbabago.’ The older people are showcasing their talent from modern dance, folk dance, choral and search for Mutya 2017. The winner of their contest will represent to the citywide Elderly week, this October 2017. The anniversary was grace by City councilor Mellisa Bonguyan of 2nd district and the citywide president Mrs. Albina Sarona. The activity was conducted by CSSDO-Buhangin led by the District Head, Norman Brillantes Baloro, under the City Social Services and Development Office, headed by the department head, Maria Luisa T. Bermudo.
