CSSDO Davao City conducted its January-September 2016 Performance Evaluation at Co Su Gian Home for the Aged and CWC on the following dates with the scheduled districts. November 15, 2016 – Agdao District, Baguio District, Paquibato, Talomo A district, and Talomo B District, November 16 – Buhangin, Calinan, City Poblacion B, and Tugbok Districts, November 17 – Bunawan, City Poblacion A, Marilog, and Toril District.
Objectives:
- To evaluate the district/workers accomplishment for the 1st – 3rd quarter of 2016.
- To identify the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats per district/worker.
- To determine the physical district/workers contribution vis-a-vis financial expenditures
